Refund Policy

Refunds & cancellations.

 

Message Wizard is a subscription service billed in advance. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your current billing period. We refund only in specific cases: duplicate charges, billing errors, accidental upgrade/plan change (reported within 7 days), proven service outages beyond our SLA credit policy, or issues we can’t resolve within 14 days of your first report. Annual plans: prorated refunds are available within the first 30 days if there’s no material use; otherwise we issue service credits. We don’t refund change-of-mind, unused time on monthly plans, or overage/usage fees.
